  • Project: Mouse Models Of Neurodevelopmental Disorders - CUL3

    • My project focuses on in vitro delivery of a CRISPR-activation construct that targets the Cul3 gene. By using this construct, our goal is to upregulate the Cul3 gene expression to wild-type levels in our Cul3+/- primary mouse neural progenitor cells and neurons to rescue neuronal phenotypes.
