Jonathan Lam

  • Project: The Impact Of Environmental Factors On Fetal Brain - PFAS

    • Master's student applying RNA Velocity and Monocle3 to scRNA-seq data in the PFAS project. My research interest lie in molecular biology and how bioinformatics can be applied and improved upon. I'm also interested in theoretical computer science. Having done various coursework in biology, computer science, and bioinformatics, I'm very excited to further my skills and hopefully learn as much as possible about these two worlds in the research setting.
