  • Project: Characterizing the effects of 16p11.2 and 22q11.2 CNVs on neural organization and function using isogenic iPSC-derived 3D models

    • My expertise is on modeling neurodegenerative, neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders using iPSC-derived neurons, organoids and assembloids through various molecular biology techniques as well as imaging platforms such as confocal and 3D live cell microscopy.
